No need to enter the Total as the program will automatically enter that when you click on Calculate.

Complete fill in the bottom section with the shipping information and print out the completed form. Send the form and payment to the Transcience address shown.
Allow about 14-21 days for delivery after mailing, depending on how far you are from Maryland.
Print and Mail the FULLY completed form with payment in US dollars to Transcience.
